I had a double room that was basic but very spacious. The staff was excellent and the bus service was convenient. For an additional fee, I could use the state-of-the-art gym, which was great for me with my disabilities. The pool was average size, but it was still accessible to people with disabilities. Assistance was available if needed. During the festive period of December 25th and 26th, there was a reduced service, and rooms would only be cleaned if you requested it the evening before. All the necessary details were provided in the room, including full instructions on the restaurant’s operating hours, which I highly recommend. The food was of exceptional quality. While this hotel is rated as a three-star, I personally believe it should be higher. The staff went above and beyond their job duties and were truly marvellous. Overall, I would definitely return and stay longer.

Every single staff member we encountered during our stay, were friendly, approachable, helpful and just generally lovely. It really put the extra sparkle on our stay. We stayed for our 5th wedding anniversary, and I mentioned it on the notes when booking. We were surprised to find Prosecco in our room on our arrival to celebrate. It was a beautiful touch- thank you so much. We had a leak in the air conditioning, we mentioned it to reception, and they had someone check it straight away, and moved us to a different room. The pool/sauna/steam room- was lovely. Clean, easily accessible and the changing rooms were lovely and clean. I really appreciated the swimming costume dryer. The beds were beautifully comfy. As parents to a toddler- who don’t always get much sleep- this was a rare treat to have a wonderful sleep in a comfy bed! The breakfast was delicious

Easy check in and check out. The staff were all very polite and ready to help at all times, from the front desk to the to the restaurant, the Starbucks and the swimming area this hotel can not be faulted on its hospitality as the staff have impeccable customer service and communication skills. The manager of the hotel was incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive, went above and beyond to make sure that my partner and I were comfortable and ensured that we knew he was on hand to help with anything we may need. We definitely recommend this hotel and will most definitely return and even do a family trip with our two children next time as this hotel is very much a family friendly establishment, once your in your room their is little to no noise disturbances which was absolutely amazing as we did go to take a break.

We have visited this hotel as well as one or two others elsewhere in the Village group on a few occasions over the last fifteen years or so, and it has changed somewhat ,catering more for local fitness enthusiasts, as well as providing multi TV screens for sport enthusiasts, and young families. It's a bums on seats strategy that brings in much needed income , though not now quite suited to our octogenarian tastes. Nevertheless , our room was a good size with a huge comfortable bed, and a shower easily accessible for my wife, as a her overall physical capabilities slowly deteriorate. We chose not to sample breakfast in our 5 night stay as we had already made in-family arrangements.

We stayed here for a weekend and the experience is very good. the checkin process is simple. There is ample amount of parking space and they mentioned that if we park the car between 1530 on Friday to 14:30 on Sunday - the parking is pretty much free otherwise there is a charge. the rooms are of decent size compared to UK standards and restrooms are very good. and they allowed outside food. There is a tesco in less than 10 minute walk from the Hotel and a Bus station if we want to use public transport into Bournemouth.
